Policies

We collect only the details you submit through the quote form: your name, email, phone number, the service you need, your message and the artwork files you upload. We use them solely to prepare your quote, deliver your files and support your order.

Files and details are stored privately and are never sold or shared with third parties, other than the service providers required to host our site, storage and email.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing sara@saradigitizing.com.

Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation. Work begins once you approve the quoted price and turnaround.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork you submit for digitizing.

On full payment, you own the delivered embroidery files and may use them commercially without limitation.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours from approval; rush options are available for an additional fee.

Revisions are unlimited and free. Reply to your delivery email describing the change and we'll return an updated file, usually the same day.

If a file does not stitch correctly, send us a photo of the stitch-out plus your machine brand and model and we will correct it at no charge.

Because revisions are unlimited, refunds are generally not issued. If we cannot produce a working file for your machine, contact us and we will agree a fair resolution.

Your artwork remains yours. We never resell it, share it or reuse it for other customers.

We never display your design in our portfolio, samples or marketing without your written permission.

Uploads are stored in private storage accessible only to our digitizing team.
