How is pricing calculated?+
Price depends on finished size, stitch count, colour count and detail. Simple text or a small icon starts at $7, a standard left-chest logo is typically $15, and large or highly detailed artwork is custom quoted. You always see the price before you pay.
How quickly will I receive my file?+
You receive a quote within 2 business hours and the finished file within 24 hours of approval. Rush and same-day delivery is available for an extra fee.
Which artwork files can I upload?+
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG and most other common formats, up to 25MB per file. Higher-resolution or vector artwork produces the best results.
Which machine formats are supported?+
DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, HUS, SEW, VIP and many more. Tell us your machine brand and model and we'll send the correct format.
How do revisions work?+
Reply to your delivery email with what you'd like changed. Revisions are unlimited and free, and are usually returned the same day.
Is my artwork kept private?+
Yes. Uploads are stored privately, are never resold or shared, and are never shown in our portfolio without your written permission.
When do I pay?+
Only after you approve the quote. Requesting a quote is free and requires no payment details. We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
What happens if the file doesn't stitch correctly?+
Send us a photo of the stitch-out and the machine details at sara@saradigitizing.com and we'll correct the file free of charge until it runs cleanly.

Yes. Rush and same-day services are available for urgent needs; pricing depends on the design and timeline. Contact us at sara@saradigitizing.com for a rush quote.
Do you offer refunds?+
Because we offer unlimited free revisions until you're satisfied, we generally do not issue refunds. If we cannot make a file work for your machine, we'll discuss a fair resolution.
