How much does vector conversion cost?
Simple one or two-colour logos start at $7. Multi-colour logos are typically $15, and detailed photo illustrations or technical drawings are quoted individually. You always see the price before you pay.
How fast will I get my vector file?
Most files are delivered within 2 to 24 hours. Quotes come back within 2 business hours, and rush work can often be turned around the same day.
Do you auto-trace my image?
No. Every file is redrawn by hand in vector software. Auto-tracing leaves ragged edges and thousands of stray nodes, which fail on cutters, plotters and engravers.
My logo is tiny and blurry — can you still use it?
Yes. As long as the shapes are readable we can rebuild them. We can also match fonts and clean up distortions from the original file.
Which file formats do you deliver?
AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF, DXF, CDR, PLT and EMF. Tell us the machine or software you use and we will supply the right one.
Can you match specific colours?
Yes. Send Pantone, CMYK, RGB or HEX values and we will apply them exactly, with each colour on its own layer where needed.
What if the file needs changes?
Revisions are free and unlimited until the artwork matches what you asked for.
Is my artwork kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only for your order, never resold or shown publicly without your written permission.
Do you also digitize for embroidery?
